Eligibility & Requirements

What’s the minimum age to rent? #

Most vehicles require drivers to be 21+. Select supercars may require 25+. Additional drivers must meet the same criteria and be listed on the agreement.

Do I need a Canadian license?

A valid driver’s license from your country is required. International licenses are accepted when presented with a matching passport.

Can someone else drive the vehicle?

Yes—authorized additional drivers may be added prior to pickup. Fees may apply depending on the model.

Pricing & Deposits

How much is the security deposit?

Deposits vary by vehicle and range from $2,000–$10,000 CAD. Held on a major credit card at checkout and released after inspection.

What taxes apply?

Quebec GST/QST applies (14.975%). Estimates on the site include these taxes when shown.

Are there extra fees I should know about?

Possible extras include delivery beyond 25km, after-hours returns, excessive cleaning, tolls, tickets, and damage.

Insurance & Coverage

Is insurance included?

We offer liability up to $2M with available physical damage coverage options. You may also use your own policy if it covers exotic rentals—proof required.

Do credit cards cover exotic rentals?

Some premium cards include coverage, but many exclude high-value or exotic vehicles. Confirm with your issuer in writing before pickup.

Mileage & Fuel

How many kilometres are included?

Inclusions vary by model (typically 200–300 km/day). Overages are billed per-km as per your agreement.

What about fuel?

Return with the same fuel level (or full where specified). Refueling charges apply if not returned at the agreed level.

Pickup & Delivery

Do you deliver?

Yes—concierge delivery is available across Greater Montreal, YUL airport, hotels, studios, and private venues. Fees may apply beyond 25km.

Can I do after-hours pickup or return?

We can accommodate after-hours with advance notice. Additional fees may apply for late or off-schedule returns.

Usage Restrictions

Track use, burnouts, drifting?

Prohibited. Evidence of misuse (telemetry, tires, brakes) may result in penalties up to full repair costs and loss of deposit.

Can I take the car outside Quebec?

Inter-province travel must be pre-approved in writing. Cross-border (USA) use is by exception only with additional documentation.

Incidents & Roadside Assistance

What if I get a ticket or toll?

You’re responsible for all tickets, tolls, and violations during the rental. Admin fees may apply.

Accident or damage—what do I do?

Ensure everyone’s safe, contact local authorities if required, document photos/videos, and notify us immediately via WhatsApp or phone.

International Renters

Do you accept international licenses?

Yes—bring your passport. An International Driving Permit can help with name translation but is not a substitute for your license.

Productions & Events

Do you support film/photoshoots and weddings?

Absolutely. Ask about flat-day rates, multi-day discounts, and static display pricing. Certificates of Insurance available on request.

Reservations & Changes

How do I reserve?

Submit a request on our website or message WhatsApp. A deposit may be required to hold dates. We’ll confirm availability and the security deposit amount for your selected model.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 72 hours of pickup may incur fees; within 24 hours are typically non-refundable. Policies can vary by vehicle and season—ask your concierge.

Can I extend my rental?

Extensions are possible based on availability. Contact us before your return time to lock in the daily rate and avoid late fees.
